American Legion Riders Chapter 228
Will be meeting the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
at the Post Home, 302 S. Lake Street, Boyne City
The American Legion Riders is formed to promote the aims and purposes of The American Legion. As a family oriented motorcycling activity for members of The American Legion, The American Legion Auxiliary, and The Sons of The American Legion, the ALR strives to improve the public’s perception of the motorcycling community by promoting the honorable nature of military service and service to one’s community, state and nation through the sport of motorcycling.
The ALR is not a motorcycle club, but rather an association of like-minded Legion Family members who enjoy family activities and the opportunity to advance the aims and goals of The American Legion. As a very visible activity of The American Legion, Riders raise and donate funds to national, state and local programs and charities for veterans, military families, and local communities.
For more information, contact Riders Director Brian Morrison at firstname.lastname@example.org,
or call 231-330-4990 between 2:30 and 7:30 pm weekdays.
